Calculated Speed of your Ships

As far as speed goes, you can determine that simply by moving your mouse pointer over the name of the ship in your fleet menu, eventually it pops up with the speed of your ship!

When it says fuel useage under a ship, does that mean per hour/per day/ per week, etc?

how do you figure it out in mins/hours?? I mean, putting the cursor over it, it says e.g 22000…
