When will Universe 14 Open in the US servers?

The Answer:

Nobody really knows. :) If you ask on the forums, you will be told “when it opens”.

New universes are opened as the existing universes reach a certain capacity. That timeframe fluctuates constantly. So nobody can really predict when it will happen.
